Description
This ice wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes picked in December at temperatures between -10°C and -14°C. Icewine is a beautiful ruby red color with pronounced aromas of red berries and exotic spice. The fresh acidity neutralizes the sweetness of the cherry, strawberry and raspberry jam in the wine, reaching between sweet and spicy Perfect balance. Serve chilled to 12°C.
