Description
Reserve your portion of sushi quality tuna. This tuna is generally lean with a beautiful red color and a rather firm texture. We will cut a nice portion of about 200 gr in freshly arrived tuna, either in steak or Saku (Japanese style block cut). The tuna species is bigeye or yellowfin depending on the day’s arrival.
