Description
Whiting is a fish of the same family as the cod found in the Atlantic. Small in size, rich in protein and low in fat, it is a very popular fried fish. The whiting flesh is delicate, flaky, and has a very fine taste. If it tends to flake during cooking, its subtle taste is nonetheless very appreciated by all.
